Shenakwa Hawkins is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of Nevada and California. She has been serving in the medical field for over 20 years. 

Shenakwa Hawkins started her nursing career in 1999 in Southern California.

A major source of inspiration for Shenakwa stems from the fact that she is a member of a traditionally marginalized community who have experienced health inequities in health care. As a result, Shenakwa felt it was her obligation and duty to use her position as a Family Nurse Practitioner to combat the existing health inequities that impacts the members of underserved communities in Las Vegas. Shenakwa's second source of inspiration comes from her daughter who is a biology major student at UNLV.

Shenakwa (NP Hawkins) has worked in behavioral health, emergency and trauma services majority of her healthcare career.

Shenakwa Hawkins graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Masters in Nursing and certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has had the privilege of working in Pain Management and Primary Care here in  greater Las Vegas. When not striving to be the best provider and establishing long lasting relationship with patients in the community, Shenakwa Hawkins enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, 2 dogs, and family. 

  Sabrina Esparza  is a bachelor's prepared registered nurse and has over 15 years of experience in the health care industry. Sabrina graduated from Azusa Pacific University, which was ranked top 10 best school of nursing colleges in the U.S. by USA Today and she then went on to continue her career in emergency and trauma services. Sabrina has held several positions to include Trauma Program Manager where she is responsible for managing and trauma operations. In November 2020, Sabrina joined Care with Purpose Medical Center to assist with clinical standards and quality as a Nurse consultant. 

  Fretricia "Nikki" Hawkins joins Care with Purpose Medical Center as the Office Administrator. Nikki has worked in the health care industry, primarily front office for over 4 years. Nikki is a team player, with a commitment to customer service, who has a reputation of working in various administrative roles, coupled with good PC skills and the ability to communicate confidently at all levels. Nikki has a highly organized approach, plenty of initiative and a genuine desire to contribute to the ongoing success of Care with Purpose Medical Center. When Nikki is away from work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her two loving boys.
